I tried the Dermal Detox three piece set* which comes with a Freshening Face Wash, Green-C Rebalancing Toner and Green Tea Rescue Mask.

Firstly, I loved the glass bottles everything in the Dermal Detox Set came in. I also thought the grey and rose gold box was really pretty – top marks for packaging!

I started off with the Freshening Face Wash went on quite thick and as I massaged into my face, my skin felt instantly refreshed without any tightness, which was lovely. I really liked the scent of this too – nothing too overpowering just really pleasant.

I loved the rebalancing toner – it has quite a gloopy, gel like consistency and it felt so soothing on my skin – I didn’t experience any tightness or tingling with this, it was wonderfully gentle.

I really enjoyed using the Green Tea Rescue Mask – it wasn’t thick like other clay masks I’ve used in the past. It went on nicely. I applied a thin layer and left on for 10 minutes – when I rinsed off I could instantly feel how soft my skin felt. Such a treat!

I could really see instant results with the Dermal Detox set* and felt my face looked brighter and my cheeks were less red which is exactly what I wanted. I felt instantly refreshed and my skin was so soft to the touch. I will definitely be keeping this in my daily skincare routine.

Next up, I tried the two Facetheory moisturisers: Ocuwake Eye Cream and Amil C-Whip with SPF 20.

I found the Ocuwake Eye Cream* instantly brightened my eye area. I’m excited to keep using this every morning and night and see how great the results are! As a busy working mum I find myself feeling and looking tired most days – I have the bags under my eyes to show for it… I’m really hoping to see an improvement on my under eye area with regular use of this collagen boosting eye cream.

Lastly, I tired the Amil C-Whip with SPF 20* – this had a fairly bouncy mousse like texture which glided on to my skin and absorbed really quickly. I love that this has SPF in – I try to wear one every day anyway to protect my skin and prevent premature ageing. If you like a matte finish from your moisturiser this is just what you need – I felt like my skin had little shine after using this.

My skin feels gently cleansed and pillow soft after using all of these Facetheory products – my face looks brighter and rejuvenated. I’m thrilled with everything and honestly feel like the results were instant which is just amazing! I can’t wait to treat myself to a couple more things from Facetheory and get into a great daily skincare routine.
