September 28th – October 4th is the official International Babywearing Week!
We absolutely love baby wearing at Bump Baby and You – for me, it was a life saver in allowing me to get jobs around the house done – it meant my little one felt lovely and snuggled whilst carried around with me and I had 2 hands free to get my chores finished.
It was also much easier to take the dog for a walk – and quite honestly I felt it helped me and my little one to bond – nothing quite beats that oxytocin from those snuggles!
There are many ways to ‘babywear’ with many parents even choosing to continue right through toddlerhood too. We’ve even spotted a fantastic invention called the ‘LapBaby’ which will allow you to eat your meals hands free – result!
Here are our favourite carriers and accessories in celebration of International Baby Wearing Week 2020.
