Chocolate Scotch Egg Anyone?!

Easter is just around the corner and we can’t wait to scoff some chocolate eggs with our loved ones!

But, what about this Chocolate Scotch Egg we’ve found…

We have to say it does sound tempting:
‘A milk chocolate and caramel ganache, filled with a mango and yuzu fondant, and coated with maple flavoured sugar pieces en-robed in milk chocolate.
With an improved recipe for Easter 2020 a British picnic favourite is sweetly reinvented: meet the chocolate scotch egg. Milk chocolate maple crunch replaces breadcrumbs, the meat is now a rich milk chocolate caramel ganache while a zesty mango and yuzu fondant forms the golden yolk at the centre….’
