If you’ve got a little one called Archie at home, you may have been experiencing mixed feelings about the newest royal prince – Archie Harrison Mountbatten Windsor. On the one hand, it’s nice to have the compliment that your choice of name has the royal stamp of approval but you might also be just a little bit peeved that the name is now likely to become very popular.
Still, however you feel about the name the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have given to their first child, if you happen to be called Archie or have a little one who shares the name, you’re quids in!
Why? Until July 12th Legoland Windsor is giving free entry to anyone who can prove their first name is Archie. This commemorative freebie means you could save as much as £60 (the highest on the day price at the gate). Of course, under threes already go free at Legoland, but if your child is a little older or you have an adult Archie in the family, this offer is for you.
As an extra welcome to Harry and Meghan’s Archie, Legoland Windsor has also added a little pram and baby to the Windsor Castle scene, which the created as part of an attraction last year to celebrate the couple’s wedding.
Paula Laughton, Head Model Maker at Legoland Resort said, “We love to celebrate our royal neighbours’ news and wanted to mark this very special occasion in our own Legoland way. Our guests love to spot our new models in Miniland and we can’t wait to see what they think of our latest royal addition.”
Fancy taking advantage of this fantastic freebie? You will of course need ID to prove the Archie in your life shares his name and the exact same spelling as the newest addition to the royal family. Find out all the details here.
