As busy parents we all know that it's crucial to have some time saving options at hand for when you're having one of those days, so these are a fantastic idea.

These awesome Annabel Karmel meals are low in salt and contain no artificial colours or preservatives. The best thing is they even offer dairy-free options. Well done team Annabel Karmel.

Suitable from 1 + years and offering 1 of their 5 a day, these really are a great time saving solution. Of course we understand that they aren't the cheapest option BUT they are perfect to keep in the freezer for when you need something quick but wholesome.

There were only 3 options available in the Sainsburys I visited but after a bit of googling it turns out that quite a few supermarkets stock other flavours too.
