A worldwide recall for an adorable Chipmunk Toy is currently underway and parents who own this are being asked to contact TOMY directly.

The Lamaze Munching Max Chipmunk Toy, with the item number L27578, has been recalled.

If you own this item and are unsure of the product code, contact TOMY for collection and a full refund.

The item has been recalled because parts have been breaking inside of the toy. Causing the soft shell to become a laceration risk to you, your child and whomever else uses it.

There has been report of minor injury caused by the point penetrating the surface of the toy.

This toy was sold all over in many popular and small business stores, from May 2016 to April 2017, and not forgetting online too.
