Reason: Potential safety issue with the above products.

What To Do Next: Please, stop using the product immediately and return the item to any Poundworld.

Boots – Airflow Soothers

Stock Affected: Airflow Soother 0-6 months 62-69-044
Airflow Soother 6 months+ 62-69-052

Reason: ‘As part of our ongoing quality monitoring programme we’ve identified a potential safety issue with the above products.’

What To Do Next: Please return it to your nearest Boots store where you’ll receive an exchange, alternative product or a refund. Or call Boots customer services here:  0800 915 0004.

Babies ‘R’ Us – Bruin Wiggle Ball AKA Giggle Ball 

Stock Affected: Item 067369, Model 5F6342E.

Reason: The rubber knobs and plastic back can detach from the ball creating a small part, posing a choking hazard.

What To Do Next: Return the product to Babies ‘R’ Us or Toys ‘R’ Us for a refund.

If you suspect you may have any of these products or wish to contact someone, directly contact the supplier or visit them in store.

You do not need to have a receipt when returning these items.
