Stock Affected: 026/1016/LTV03,

Reason: Plastic ears from the two smaller bunnies are breaking off the PL026 Bunny Train.
What To Do Next: Affected items should be disposed of or returned to point of purchase. Or, you can contact customer services on (+44) 0208 979 2036.
Lactalis Infant Formula
Stock Affected: Picot, Milumel, Celia and Taranis brands only.
Reason: All infant and nutritional products manufactured or conditioned since 15/02/17 in the Craon factory are possibly contaminated
What To Do Next: Contact your health professional and call 0 800 120 120.
Marks & Spencer – Remote Control Helicopter (AI Copter)
Stock Affected: T09 8226M
Reason: Potential risk of the product overheating posing a safety hazard.
What To Do Next: Return immediately to any M&S store (except Simply Food and Outlet stores) for a refund, or contact 03330 148555.
My First Doll Toys From John Lewis
Stock Affected: 785 00120 / 785 00122 My first doll girl,
785 00121 My first doll boy
785 00124 Baby twin set
78500127 My first doll bumper set
Reason: Potential risk part of the eye may become detached and present a potential choking hazard.
What To Do Next: This only affects batch codes 1702 and 1703 which can be found on the barcode label on the back of the box and the sew-in label. If bought from since 27 September 2017, you should stop using it and return it to your nearest John Lewis or Waitrose Food & Home shop for a full refund.
