What is the reason for the product recall?
This is a voluntary recall as Primark have realised that there is an unsafe amount of lead and formaldehyde in the product. The amount discovered exceeds EU regulations and can cause harm to health in quantities beyond the EU limit.
I have this product - what can I do?
Discontinue use of this plate straight away, and take it back to your local Primark store for a full refund - it doesn't matter how long you've been using it or how worn it is.
