Trading Standards have issued a product recall notice on the Koo-Di Silicone Teether! We’ve got all the details for you here.

 

 

Which teether does it refer to?

The product recall notice refers to the Koo-Di Butterfly, Car and Elephant teether sold through various retail outlets between March 2017 and July 2019.

 

Which Batches are affected?

If you have one of these – check the batch number on the product – Does it match the info below?

 

KD850 – Butterfly
Batches: KD850-3YY-YI, KD850-2AH-YI

KD851 – Car 
Batches: KD851-2AH-YI, KD851-3AK-YI

KD852 – Elephant
Batches: KD852-2AH-YI, KD852-3AK-YI

Why have they been recalled?

Hazard

Trading Standards were made aware that the press stud on the detachable strap can come away posing a potential choking hazard.

 

What do I do if I have one?
  • Stop using this item immediately and remove strap
  • Strap needs to be destroyed or discarded to remove any potential danger
  • The teether itself is safe for use without the strap
