We're so excited to share a wonderful organisation with you; Norah's North Pole!

The admiration we have for Norah's North Pole is indescribable; the work that they do for children in the community that they serve is so valuable, and we think that more people ought to be aware of the work that they do. They need YOUR help to deliver Christmas to people who really need some festive cheer...

Who are Norah's North Pole?

Norah's North Pole is a Sunderland-based charity who aim to fill the Christmas stockings of the more vulnerable people in their community; those who won't receive anything on Christmas morning. We know, it makes our hearts ache at the very thought of it too. You don't realise how good you have it until you learn that, in modern Britain, there are still people who cannot afford to get their babies a Christmas gift.

Norah’s North Pole was set up in memory of their Grandma (Norah) who lived by the motto ‘It’s nice to be nice’. Their backstory is to follow...

Each Christmas Norah would take her grandchildren to make Christmas boxes for children who would go without. Norah’s daughter, a social worker, would deliver these on Christmas Eve. After successfully delivering 13,876 Santa sacks over the past 6 years Norah’s North Pole are committed to sprinkling a little Christmas kindness again this year. The Norah’s North Pole elves work with schools and social teams to get Santa sacks to the most vulnerable children in the North East. We are not a charity just a family who wants to make a difference and sprinkle a little Christmas kindness.
