If you’ve purchased a sleeping bag/sack for your baby from Argos or Sainsbury’s, you need to be aware of this latest recall alert.

What products are affected?

Sainsbury’s Tu: Toy pattern code – 134878142

Argos: Floral pattern code – 134877764

These codes can be found on the internal label on the sleeping bag, on your receipt, and on any online order confirmation.

Why have the products been recalled?

The products have been recalled due to a labelling error.

The insulation (tog) level may be higher than stated on the label meaning babies may be at risk of overheating if these are used. Due to the manufacturer being unable to confirm an exact tog, the products have been recalled to be safe.

What should I do if affected?

If affected, take the product back to your nearest store and do not use it! You should get a full refund.
