So, What’s Bedtime Explorers?
Bedtime Explorers are imaginative meditative journeys for children guided by mindfulness coach, Amy Taylor-Kabbaz, and calming sound design by Max Gosford.
Each Bedtime Explorer episode invites children on an imaginative journey, teaching them easy-to-learn meditation techniques that they can use to fall asleep, or to just relax when the big things in life pile up on the little people we love.
You can go on a variety of adventures including:
Dinosaur Buddies
On these adventures they’ll travel back in time to meet some of their favourite prehistoric creatures. They’ll reach into their resilience backpack to help a Megalodon with a sore tooth, two Triceratops that have their horns stuck in a hug, a Brachiosaurus who can’t play hide and seek – and a whole lot more! Best of all, they’ll learn simple meditation techniques to help get them ready to sleep.
Magical Places
Take a rocket to the moon, go under the sea or visit a magical forest! These are just some of the magical places your little ones can visit on their guided meditation journey.
Animal Magic
On these adventures they’ll go on an imaginative journey to meet animals with very special powers, like the strong panther, an effortless monkey, a brave snake, and many more. They’ll also learn simple meditation techniques along the way.
We hope this wonderful Alexa bedtime hack helps your little one drift off to sleep with ease!
