Growing up with a twin sister to me was normal. I don’t have any other siblings so it was all I knew. Growing up identical certainly had its perks, however now it’s a little more annoying when people get you confused. I am always being asked what it’s like to be a twin. Well today I have decided to answer that question for you. Along with some photos of me and Tara twinning.
What is it like to have a twin?

Even after 25 years Tara and myself still argue and bicker. We can fight like cat and dog but will always have each other’s backs. I don’t know what I would do without my twin. Mae has always supported me more than I ever thought and hoped she would, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to have grown up with.
I guess the real answer to the question is – it’s pretty goddam awesome to have an identical twin! Growing up it was Mum and us girls and you know what – I wouldn’t change it for the world, who needs lots of siblings when you have a twin?!
